Mr. Schoch developed the project controlling, including presentation for the management and the review process for projects with a budget> 1 million €.
He was partner of all the project managers with their own project reports related to actual status, milestones, planning, costs, budget and riscs. After analyzing these reports and interviews with the project managers Mr. Schoch created the IT project report and presentated the results for the top management (Group CIO, IT Group managers and the CIO of the international group companies.
Mr. Schoch did this job for the completely IT portfolio for our company with more than 65 projects and more than € 750 million Euros budget and he supervised and coached the project managers. The largest projects with a budget of more than € 100 million Euros were very complex and strategically of greatest importance. These projects were usually very important according to internationality, offshoring, multiple stakeholder relationships, time and cost pressures.
All methods were used to support the projects: waterfall, agile, classic and agile, distributed and virtual teams, large-scale programs with other apects, e.g. projects with responsibilities for several countries and more than 100 project employees.

Mr. Schoch succeeded in establishing the review process for the projects, both for the project manager and for the management. The projects were reviewed passing in a new phase by a team consisting of reviewers with a specialist focus on project management, functionality, architecture, security, test and operation. He presented the results to the top management with a management summary. Mr. Schoch coached the assessments and carried out assessments by himself.
