Project Management
I have the necessary prerequisites for successful project management such as; acceptance within the team, management and the stakeholders, specialist, management. I can offer, social skills, motivational skills and communicative skills which are necessary for any successful project.
The success of project management in large projects in a complex company is documented.
Specific tasks:
- Program management of a risk project in the data center
- PMO management of a large migration project in a complex company
- Project manager for a large logistics project > 60 million euros
Project Controlling
My experience in project controlling is adequate to offer support to project management in order to be able to assess the individual project phases. Various inputs will be monitored, e.g. project progress compared to the original schedule, scope, budget, milestones, risks and etc.
Specific tasks:
- Project controlling based on the monthly status reports / interviews with the project managers / line managers in a large
company for all A / B projects (each > 1 million euros) with a total volume of almost 1 billion euros
- preparation of monthly management IT project reports and presentations for the international top management (1-2 levels
below the board members)
- Management and implementation of phase-related project reviews (supplemented / basis for the revision task) according to
the PMI standard for these projects
- Documentation and recommendations for the top management as result from these reviews
